View this email in your browser Namaste, Here are few precursors before our Annual Day Aashirvad day on June 2nd 2019 Sunday. We have sent you an update for the Annual Day Dinner to check and see if you are one of the families who already paid during registrations last year.   Our Welcome table will check your name, give you a wrist band and guide you in for the event. If you were not on the paid list, our ticket prices are $40 for a Family of 4. Per person $10. Under age 3 is free. On June 2nd we will have 7 gift bags for our Graduates, if you wish to give them a small souvenir,  candy (nut free), note, coupon to your business, advice, your fav book, gift card to your fav store please feel to do so. Let us make them feel special and loved!  Our next year Registration is on July 21st Sunday from 11 am - 1 pm. Families who do full payment on July 21st will receive 10% discount. Online Registrations opens at 9 pm till August 10th 9 pm 2019. Registrations from that point on will have an automatic $50 late fee. Registrations close Aug 31st. You have also received signup genius for volunteering, kindly help us make this event a grand success by helping us. June 1st is Annual Day rehearsals. We will have lunch at Balvihar Cafe. Kindly mind the practice in basement as you take benefits of the Cafe. June 1st practice will be from 9:30 - 12:30. More details will follow on May 29th email.
