Annual Day Rehearsal June 1st 2019

June 1st 2019 Saturday is our Annual Day Prep. Click on the link at the end of this email to view the Brochure which will be used to rehearse on Saturday. Please make note of the following Information :

We will follow the regular Balvihar timings 9:45 - 12:30.
We will not have mantra assembly.
Meet your language / Religion teachers upon arrival & before you leave.
Kindly help with Set up, clean up on Saturday and Sunday.
Check with Purvi about your volunteer option to know when it needs to be done.

June 2nd Sunday is our Annual Day. Appetizers will be served from 2 - 2:45 pm.

Print a brochure at home so that you have the schedule.
Front two rows are reserved for special guests and Teachers on both sides.
Kids age 5,6,7 are requested to be in Ganga room unless they are performing. We have special entertainment. 1 parent should be with the child.
Families with infants should settle in the back of the basement so that if there is a need they may take steps to go up.
We have volunteer designated photographer and Videographer for the event so please do not block their view. We will upload it and give the links to the teacher.
We are absolutely strict about talking, disturbance during the performances. Consider every show as your child's show.
If you wish to gift the graduates a Nut free candy, note, gift please drop it in the big red bags kept for them in the temple hall near the Shiva Linga. Thank you for your kindness.
If you want to remind your child to write a thank you note "Happy summer dear teacher" this is the time!
Registration for 2019-2020 is on July 21th 2019 Sunday from 11- 1 am. Spread the word. We also have a STEAMM event for Balvihar kids on that day.
