Balvihar Holi Celebration : 3rd April 2016

Dear  Balvihar Families,
As you all know, we are celebrating Holi on April 3rd . Please come prepared to have some real fun!! We will begin with shlokas, followed by art and games and finally playing with colors (weather permitting, we are anticipating cold weather). We will not have regular classes on this day.

Schedule
10.00 - 10:10 AM :  Shlokas
10:15 - 11:00 AM:  Religion 3 and 4 and 5 Art ,
                               Religion 1 and 2 Games
11:00 - 11:45 AM : Religion 1 and 2 Art ,
                               Religion 3, 4 and 5 Games
11:50 -12.00 PM  : Aarti in the Temple
 12 .00 PM           : Pick food from lobby &
                              meet outside to play Holi.
                              Colors will be provided. (Weather permitting or alternate date will be picked just for playing with colors)                                 

I would request all the parents who have signed up (during registration) to help with the Holi event, to please respond to Poojaji ([email protected]) for food and Shwetaji ([email protected]) for art.

Few Important Reminders:

1. Food is free for Balvihar kids. For anybody else, it is for a negligible cost of $2.00.
2. Parents are requested to please help out wherever they can, in food preparation, distribution, art, games, holi. This is a volunteer based organization. These are our kids.
3. Please help in cleaning up. This is our temple .
