Namaste HTS Balvihar Families,

Our schedule :

Mantra Chant & Aarti : 9:45 am - 10:05
Language Class : 10:10 am - 11:00
Religion Class : 11:05 am - noon
Satsangh : 12: 00 - 12:30 pm

All students will receive Religion Textbooks and notebooks from their teachers. All new students will receive Prarthna Folder with Calendar in it. These are the prayers they read and recite from in the morning.

Please make sure kids have a healthy breakfast, help them pack their backpacks with at least 2 sharpened pencils, erasers, mantra book folder and encourage them to go to sleep on time.

Suggestions to make Balvihar year optimal for your family :

Play Bhajans or mantra in car ride to Temple.
Talk about your experiences learning about culture, language and theology as a child.
Do namaskara to our priest Pt. Anandji and ask your kids to do the same.
Leave shoes in Cubby.
Maintain indoor voices.
Speak to your family in your mother tongue.
Eat lunch at Balvihar Cafe.
Clean after yourselves and contribute towards cleanliness.
Make new friends at temple.
Ask your kids on the ride back about what new things did they learn at Balvihar today
Instead of the word Mythology - use Theology for Religion class.
