HTS BalVihar Graduate Scholarship Winners 2022-2023
HTS Balvihar is proud to announce the 2022-2023 Scholarship winners - Aum Purani and Saharsh Silparshetty. Both Aum and Saharsh did an outstanding job of practicing what is taught at Balvihar through volunteering, coming up with fresh ideas, sincerity, and received much acclaim from their teachers. Aum is a student at Parkland High School. Saharsh is a student at Lehigh Valley Academy. In the Scholarship Interview held virtually by HTS Balvihar, both Aum & Saharsh were able to show the panel their Language skills and Theology with humility, ease, and dedication. Combined with their performance over the past 9 years and senior year, both stood out as panel's selection as our Scholarship winners for Year 2022-23. Aum will join as youth teacher at Balvihar from September (2023) in Dharma 4 and Gujarati classes. And Saharsh will join as youth teacher in Dharma 5 and Telugu classes. Please join us in blessing both for their future dreams and plans. HTS BalVihar Gold Medal Winners of the PVSA 2019-2020 HTS Balvihar is proud to announce our Gold medal winners of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award to Abirami Chinnakaruppan and Uma Purani. These girls won the HTS Balvihar Scholarship last year and immediately assumed teaching roles assisting Religion teachers and performed their tasks beautifully. Besides Hindu Temple Society, they have volunteered at local organizations to make the world a better and happier place! We are looking forward to see more students who graduate from our Balvihar actively involve themselves as substitute teachers and volunteers in Lehigh Valley and become future PVSA award winners! |
