My name is Purvi Bhojani and I would like to welcome all of you to my Religion 1 class. I have been a part of the Balvihar family for 9 years teaching Gujarati, Religion 2 and Religion 1. I live in Easton with my husband Vipul, son Armaan and daughter Suhani. My free time is dedicated to my children, volunteering and I enjoy reading, biking and hiking.
Religion 1 is for 2 years for kids grade 1 and 2. They would be learning Ramayana one year and Dashavatara the next.
This year we will be learning Dashavatara - The ten avataras of Vishnu, the Hindu God of preservation and get a good dose of morals and ethics through the Panchatantra stories.
I look forward to an exciting year ahead as we all learn and grow together.
