Namaste,

Few years ago Balvihar meant every month we would wake up early and drive to Mandir on two Sunday mornings. We would arrive wide eyed and busy tails and settle in the temple! Recite mantras and connect to Bhagwan. Then we would go to the classrooms for our language class, 45 minutes later to our Religion class and then come back again to temple hall to do Aarti at noon.
As our Satsangh began, kids tummies would rumble with the fragrance of Dosa, Idli, Vada from the basement. We would hand you a fruit prasad after Aarti and then a snack as you wore your shoes. You would either go down to place an order of Dosa with Anu auntie and Raj uncle or rush to your next sports activity!

We are hoping to bring back those days before this academic year is over. Which means that we should first try and have the Balvihar Holi festival back in person. While we are figuring out how to make things happen, let us meet online for our next Balvihar class tomorrow!

Satsangh :
Please join us for a brief Satsangh to discuss Holi celebration in person for Apr 3. Tomorrow is a beautiful Vasant (spring) day! We want all of you to take precautions for allergy season and go have lots of fun!

Namaste,

We are stepping out of Winter Blues into Warmer Climate - Hopefully! Let us join our Balvihar classes and sharpen the Language and Religion lessons! A disciplined structure like Balvihar creates purpose for students and teachers. It puts us on a path towards service and gratitude.

Satsangh :
We celebrated Maha Shivratri a few days ago and in order for all our Balvihar students to learn about the full power of this important festival, our Senior Anirudh from Religion 5 class will do a presentation on this topic. Please join us at noon to learn more!

Did you know that students who sincerely attend Sunday School grow into empathetic citizens of the world!  Support your Balvihar with your love, attendance and appreciation so that you may get the best out of it.
