Today at Satsang we talked about the meanings of all the prayers that we recite in Balvihar. using the our handbook we were explained the meanings an values that should be learned by these prayers. It was very well explained By Mrs. Geetha Bhaskar. She also mentioned that each meaning corresponds to a specific time as to when these prayers should definitely be recited.
